MCP
Connect any tool that supports the Model Context Protocol. MCP servers provide tools and data sources to Framewerk, enabling infinite extensibility for your product management workflows.
“Query our internal analytics database for high-churn customers and surface the top feature requests from their support tickets.”
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard created by Anthropic for connecting AI systems to external tools, data sources, and services. It provides a universal way for AI agents to interact with your infrastructure—databases, APIs, internal tools, and more.
With MCP support in Framewerk, you can extend the platform's capabilities beyond our pre-built integrations. Connect proprietary systems, custom databases, or emerging tools without waiting for native support.
Key Capabilities
Remote MCP Servers
Connect to MCP servers anywhere via Streamable HTTP transport. Host your own servers or use third-party providers.
Flexible Authentication
Support for custom headers, API keys, and OAuth flows. Connect securely to authenticated services and private APIs.
Sandboxed Execution
MCP tools run in isolated subagents, minimizing impact on your main Framewerk workflows and ensuring predictable behavior.
Data Source Access
Query custom databases, internal APIs, and proprietary systems. Bring your own data sources into evidence analysis.
Use Cases
Internal Analytics
Query your data warehouse directly to surface customer behavior patterns and correlate them with feedback signals.
Proprietary CRM
Connect legacy or custom CRM systems that aren't supported by pre-built integrations for complete customer 360 views.
Custom Knowledge Bases
Pull context from internal wikis, documentation systems, or knowledge graphs to enrich Intent generation.
Research Tools
Integrate competitive intelligence platforms, market research tools, or industry databases for deeper opportunity analysis.
